They did not build a converter into the new operating system, and forgot that not everyone rushed out to buy the latest Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook to go along with the new operating system. I have Office and that version of Outlook does not know how to import. A friend had suffered partial damage to the hard disk on a Vista equipped computer.

He used Vista Winmail for his email. I was able to salvage the email files from the hard disk, but I did not have access to a Vista computer.
