Do i have to enable upnp port mapping and nat-pmp port mapping as well? Also, in my router settings I set up port forwarding to my computer's ip address because it wouldn't let me set up port forwarding to any other ip address. I also put entered the port from my vpn into my router settnings to start in the same port and end in the same port.
Is this all correct? I noticed that when I disconnect and reconnect to the vpn, the port changes. So I have to change the port in uTorrent and on my router every time I disconnect and reconnect?

Back up a step. Also, Make sure that the Randomize port each start checkbox is not checked. You do not want the port that you need to forward changing each time uTorrent starts. If uTorrent is currently open, you will need to completely close it at this time. Make sure that the green uTorrent icon is not still hiding in your notification area next to your clock.

My router blocks put after 10 ports since I meed mostly up to 30, yeah dont watch me with those eyes. But usually your ISP provider would guide you better, my friend called them and setup static ip withn minutes and helped him port foward also.
So, I already did the last step, I port forward on the router page the classic Others that might seem you need to add windows firewall exepction to the utorrent to any ip or ports. Basicly delete inbound outbound utorrent, create new ones for that utorrent. You have to restart router btw. Even for me sometimes site wouldnt indicate that port is opened but also it worked.
