In reply to Jerico T. I followed your instructions, problem is there is only one driver in the list c. Have you tried to select that one driver on the list? Look for your System Model and System Manufacturer, take note of them. Go to your OEM website and search for your specific sound driver using the information that you noted.

Download then install the driver, restart your computer and check if it fix your concern. If the issue still persist, perform system restore. System Restore - System restore is where it will take your computer settings back to an earlier point in time where everything is working fine. System restore windows will open. Normally it will suggest a restore point Sometimes it doesn't , if it does, select the 2nd option to select more restore points.
